Tracy Schreifels, MS, LMFT, IMH-E®

Tracy Schreifels, the owner of Rivara, LLC, in St. Joseph, MN, With a background as an Infant Mental Health Clinical Mentor, she brings deep expertise to guiding programs that offer specialized therapy and support for infants, young children, and their caregivers.

Over the years, she’s provided clinical services and reflective consultation across a variety of settings and disciplines. Tracy also serves as Co-Chair of the Minnesota Association for Children’s Mental Health - Infant and Early Childhood Division Advisory Board, and the Treasurer of the Minnesota Association of Children’s Mental Health Board of Directors, helping shape statewide efforts to support mental health professionals.

Mentoring future professionals is a true passion of hers. She loves sharing her knowledge of early childhood development and supporting the growth of new practitioners. When she’s not at work, she enjoy spending time by the water and in nature—it’s where she finds inspiration and calm. Tracy also cherishes time with my family: my husband, who’s an Executive Director and a musician, and our two young adult children.
